Hex To TIC-80 Converter

Convert any number of hex colors (#RRRGGGBBB) to a color string that can be imported into the TIC-80 sprite editor as a color palette.

NOTE: TIC-80 has three color palette modes: 1-bit, 2-bit, and 4-bit. 1-bit supports 2 colors, 2-bit supports 4 colors, and 4-bit supports 16 colors. If you try to import a 16-color palette string into a 2-bit palette mode, it will not work. If you try to import any more than 16 colors, it will not work.
